Pricing

Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST. Delivery charge is separate from purchase price. Delivery charge is added at the end once you have chosen the product/s you wish to purchase.

Payment for products will be made before shipping of products unless other arrangements are made between you and Soccer Direct Ltd

Payment Methods/Security

Payment can be made by credit card at checkout. All out sales are processed by an external secure payment server. We do not retain your credit card details. Should you prefer you can order by phone and/or arrange to pay by internet banking. Our phone number is 027 4420685

Privacy

We will not distribute or share customer information with any other party or organisation (unless such information is legally obliged to be divulged)

Unavailable Items

If an item you have ordered is unavailable we will contact you with the option of either having the item supplied when available or changing your order. If neither option is suitable we will refund your payment and cancel your order.

Sale Items

No return is offered on sales/clearance items (except where we must meet obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act). 

Order Shipped Incorrect

If we supply incorrect items, we will where possible supply the correct item and arrange return with the customer of the incorrect item. All freight will be arranged and costs met by Soccer Direct Ltd. If we are unable to supply the correct item we will arrange return of the incorrect item and refund the purchase price and original shipping charge. 

Size Incorrect

If the size ordered by the customer is incorrect, we will ,where available, supply the correct size. If the correct size is not available, we will offer a refund of the purchase price of the item only (no freight charges will be refunded). Item must be returned in original, unused condition, with all labels and packaging to claim refund. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cookies

If your browser is set to reject cookies it will not be possible for the website to process purchases as activated cookies are required by the shopping cart to record items purchased.

Cancellation of an Order

An order can be cancelled by notifying Soccer Direct Ltd in writing (email) at any time prior to shipping. Once an item has been despatched an order can not be cancelled and the returns policy will then apply.  

Returns Policy

It is our aim that you should be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, your purchase can be returned provided the following conditions are met.

• Customer meets the return freight cost for items returned (unless the product is being returned because it is faulty or not fit for purpose, in which case Soccer Direct Ltd will meet the return freight costs)
• Items are to be returned within 10 days of the date of purchase
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition and have all product tags and original packing, in undamaged condition.
• The ukfootball.co.nz may refuse to accept  or may only partially refund items where the item is not returned in a condition where it can be resold as new (product or product tag/packing damage)
• We cannot accept return of items that are personalised or manufactured to an individuals specification
• Returns must be sent with proof of purchase, contact phone number and a return address for product replacements 
• Sales items are not able to be exchanged so please choose carefully (unless the product is being returned because it is faulty or not fit for purpose)
